The Touch

The healing power of touch.

When we want to help someone we touch.  The energy that comes through us to the individual is soothing.  If that individual chooses to accept our loving intentions then the healing is intense.  There is something magical about the touch of another person when it is use to bring comfort and love.  It conveys the message that all will be well. 

When a child is hurt or ill a mother and or father will hold the child and put their hands over the spot that is in pain.  When someone we love sobs and is in emotional pain then we offer a hug and we share the love that comes with the combined energies.

So, be the magician and hold someones hand or put your hand on their shoulder, best yet hug them.



As we approach the season of rebirth let's give thanks for the light that surrounds us and the air that brings in the warm days that enable growth.

Spring and the season of light always motivates my soul.

The days of longer light and cool breezes helps clears the cob webs of winter from my spirit.

The birds sing it and the trees display a newness that comes with life as it changes.

 Look at the sky and we feel the clouds.  Feel the warm rays of the sun as they illuminate our being.

Let's use the light that we receive each day to guide us on our journey.

A New Hope

The world has a new leader for the Catholic Church.  This man seems to be the gentle force that has been provided to give aid and comfort to those of us who are in need of a spiritual mentor.  He does not place much emphasis on money status or fame.  He appears to be the example of humility and love.

He has come to us in a time of upheavel and turmoil.  I pray that he is the person who, by example, will give guidence to the rest of the world.  There just seems to be a peaceful energy eminating from this gentle lamb.

As we enter the season of change (Spring) with all the newness of fresh starts and new growth, let this man be the one we can follow and live the life of humility and love.

Where Does The Time Go?

It seems like yesterday when you were here.

The little things that you use to do creep into my thoughts.

The smile that lit up the entire room when you saw me.

The way you would always look at me when we had our little secrets.

The time we laughed until the tears washed our cheeks.

Yes it was as if it was only yesterday.

I hold the rock we found on the beach, 

I look at the book that we both read and loved.

I hear the song that was our special song.

I know that it was a wonderful time in my life.

Now you are not here with me but with someone else.

I have all those things to keep in my heart and be thankful

That I was able to experience them.

I wish you happiness and love and to you I am
